So I started thinking about breaking through this week. If I could break through this plateau - these weeks with little or no weight loss, this "plateau", what other "plateaus" can I break through? Can we break through the "plateaus" of life that keep us stuck and unchallenged? Can we move ahead on the plans that we have for our selves that seem so tough and insurmountable that we simply choose to sit on them for weeks, months and sometimes (maybe even most of the time) years?
Just my little thought for this Monday morning.....carry on everyone.
